Espresso is a highly concentrated coffee beverage brewed at a very high pressure. Espresso-brewed coffee provides for the best flavor and aroma possible.

Literally, 'Espresso' means 'Fast and Rapid.' It is the process of forcing hot water and steam through finely ground coffee. Unlike store bought coffee, Espresso is prepared and savored on the spot, instead of being brewed in advance and allowed to sit and oxydize. Carolina Espresso beans, roasted in Charleston, are specially selected like Carolina itself, with their own fresh unique accent.
